Cancellations up to 1 March 2025, will be refunded 90% of the paid fee.
Cancellations between 2 March 2025 - 2 April 2025, will be refunded 25% of the paid fee.
Cancellations will not be accepted after 2 April 2025, and name changes will be allowed until 15 April 2025. No name changes will be accepted after 16 April 2025.
Cancellation and name change requests must be submitted in written format, and all refunds will be processed after the symposium.
